We pride ourselves in recruiting experienced and respectful staff, with minimum qualification of Cert II or three years practical experience in landscape construction. In addition, J&JJ supports its company with stringent back-end processes, complying with Work Health & Safety, Quality Assurance and Risk Management Systems.

Taking a hands-on approach to every project, plus his unrelenting attention to detail and natural flair for interior design, Jonathan has firmly cemented his position as a trusted builder.

Ray is a ‘master’ builder with over 40 years experience in residential, commercial and industrial construction. His endless list of qualifications since starting his career in the 70s has seen him work with big operators such as Masterton, Clarendon, Rawson, Allcastle Homes and major multi-storey commercial and industrial projects including Moranbah Civic Centre, Callide Power Station Biloela and the list goes on! Ray is capable of taking on the largest of projects, managing them to the smallest of details.

Participating in the Australian Garden Show in Sydney where he bagged Bronze for Design; Silver for People’s Choice; and Gold for Construction, Charlie’s passion and commitment has seen him start his career with J&JJ in early 2017 as a landscaper labourer to junior foreman.

Ryan is a junior foreman with a wealth of knowledge and defined training under his name. Currently undertaking Architecture at UNSW, he is also a qualified landscape designer and structural landscaper with proven 10 years of hands-on trade experience in all aspects of landscaping in both residential and commercial projects. Ryan’s professionalism, expertise and conscientious nature makes him a true asset to J&JJ.
